I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. This email contains your order number (which consists of at least 5 digits), a summary of your order, and the delivery address.
Sometimes confirmation emails accidentally end up in your junk or spam folder. Please take the time to check these folders in your email account to see if the confirmation email is there.
If you have checked your spam folder, waited a while, and verified your email address but still have not received an order confirmation, please contact our customer service. Provide them with the details of your order, including your full name and order number, and they will help you confirm the status of your order and, if necessary, resend a confirmation email.
