Return and Refund Policy

At Suenta, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a transparent return process.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return items.

IMPORTANT: Return Address & Location

Suenta is operated by the Ascendius Group and follows a direct-to-consumer model. This means we ship directly from the manufacturer.

Please note: All returns must be sent to our central distribution center in ASIA.

Do NOT send returns to our correspondence address in Nyon, Switzerland.

The address in Nyon is purely an administrative office. We do not have a warehouse there. Packages sent to this address cannot be processed or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

1. For defective or incorrect products:
We take full responsibility. If the product was delivered incorrectly, is damaged, or defective, please contact us. We offer a free replacement or a full refund.

2. For change of mind (Does not fit / Do not like):
You may return your order within 30 days if you change your mind. Please note the following:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Since the return warehouse is located in Asia, international shipping rates apply. We recommend checking rates with Swiss Post before initiating a return.
  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Be in the original packaging, including all tags.

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us
Send an email to info@suenta.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Instructions
Our customer service will review your request within 24 hours. You will then receive the exact return address in Asia and a return form.

Step 3: Ship
Pack the item securely. For returns due to change of mind, please choose a shipping provider of your choice.
Recommendation: Be sure to use a shipping method with tracking. Without a tracking number, we cannot guarantee a refund if the package is lost.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse in Asia, you will be notified by email.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  • The credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Contact us at info@suenta.com. Please note that for exchanges (due to preference), you must return the original item at your own cost to our warehouse in Asia.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including underwear, swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed), and personalized items.
